client: Use sentence case for Core Info details

Use sentence case for CoreSessionWidget `Version date:` and
`Connected since:`, providing consistency with the core information.

Use sentence case for `Connected clients:`, too.

`Version date:` was the inconsistent one by majority, but (in my
subjective opinion) it looks nicer.
