client: Clean up CoreAccount, add qDebug support

Clean up CoreAccount and CoreAccountModel, adding support for the
negated equality operator '!=' and qDebug() printing.

Modify CoreAccountSettingsPage::testHasChanged() to make use of the
negated equality operator.
